Enter the 4-H Window Display Contest The contest will be held during National 4-H Week, October , and is being sponsored by the 4-H Council to promote the 4-H program in Custer County. Cash prizes will be awarded as follows: 1. st - $25; 2. nd - $20; and 3. rd - $ 4-H clubs may decorate a store window in their own community.
